1. HPA 軸（下視丘–腦下垂體–腎上腺軸 Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Adrenal Axis）

• 下視丘：CRH（胜肽 Peptide hormone）
• 腦下垂體前葉：ACTH（促腎上腺皮質素）
• 腎上腺皮質：皮質醇 Cortisol、醛固酮 Aldosterone（固醇類 Steroid hormone）
  👉 關鍵詞：壓力荷爾蒙 stress hormone、腎上腺功能 adrenal function、ACTH test。

2. HPG 軸（性腺軸 Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Gonadal Axis）

• 下視丘：GnRH（促性腺釋放激素）
• 腦下垂體前葉：LH、FSH（性腺刺激素）
• 性腺：睪固酮 Testosterone、雌激素 Estrogen、黃體素 Progesterone
  👉 關鍵詞：性腺激素 sex hormones、生殖內分泌 reproductive endocrinology、不孕不育 infertility hormones。

3. HPT 軸（甲狀腺軸 Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Thyroid Axis）

• 下視丘：TRH（促甲狀腺釋放激素）

• 甲狀腺：T3、T4（甲狀腺素 Thyroid hormones）

二、腦下垂體（Pituitary Gland, Master gland）

三、甲狀腺與副甲狀腺（Thyroid & Parathyroid）
